These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services purchased through our website, by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

Reservations may be made through:

A booking is considered confirmed only after validation by AMC Provence Driver and, where applicable, receipt of payment or deposit.

AMC Provence Driver reserves the right to refuse any booking if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or if operational constraints prevent the service from being performed.

4. Pricing

All prices are expressed in Euros (€).

Quoted prices generally include:

• Vehicle and chauffeur service
• Fuel costs
• Applicable tolls when included in the quotation
• Standard passenger luggage

Additional requests or special services may incur supplementary charges.

All prices are confirmed before the booking is finalized.

5. Payment

Payments may be made via:

• Online payment
• Credit or debit card
• Cash (within legal limits)
• Bank transfer
• Other accepted payment methods

Payment conditions will be specified at the time of booking.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of the service.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
• Between 24 and 12 hours before pickup: up to 50% of the booking amount may be charged.
• Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% of the booking amount is due.
• No-show: the full booking amount will be charged.

Cancellation by AMC Provence Driver

In exceptional circumstances preventing service delivery, AMC Provence Driver will either:

• Provide a full refund, or
• Offer an equivalent alternative service whenever possible.

7. Delays and Waiting Time

Airport Transfers

For Marseille Provence Airport (MRS) transfers, up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included after flight arrival.

Flight schedules are monitored in real time.

Train Station Transfers

Arrival times are adjusted according to train schedules whenever possible.

Additional Waiting Time

Additional waiting beyond the included allowance may be billed according to the current rate.

8. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information.
• Respect the vehicle and chauffeur.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking inside the vehicle.
• Consumption of illegal substances.
• Aggressive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour.

AMC Provence Driver reserves the right to terminate the service immediately if passenger behaviour compromises safety or comfort.

No refund shall be due in such circumstances.

9. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the quantity and dimensions of their luggage correspond to the vehicle category booked.

AMC Provence Driver shall not be liable for transport refusal resulting from undeclared excess luggage.

10. Liability

AMC Provence Driver undertakes all reasonable efforts to ensure punctuality and service quality.

However, the company shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by:

• Traffic congestion
• Accidents
• Severe weather conditions
• Road closures
• Strikes
• Force majeure events

Liability shall in all cases be limited to the value of the booked service.

11. Lost Property

Items found inside vehicles will be kept for a reasonable period whenever possible.

Any shipping or delivery costs required to return such items shall be borne by the customer.

AMC Provence Driver accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

12. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

AMC Provence Driver collects only the personal information necessary to manage bookings and provide transportation services.

Data collected may include:

• Full name
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Pickup and destination addresses
• Reservation details

Personal information is used solely for:

• Booking management
